we will be staying at the belizian shores i understand that is away from sanpedro and you have to take a boat is this free? or does it cost and if so how much? how often does the boat run nad how late? Thanks Jeff

No it is not free . The Shores are about 4 miles from town. Island Ferry costs $5 Us /person each way
Runs every hour untill 10Pm Later on weekends. We are thinking about the Shores but debating the cost to go into town $20(for the two of us) per trip. From what I understand, The North end is prettier and more remote
