Well still not sure what happened but all BTL services have been restored
as of 20 minutes ago.

Might have been worker slowdown/stoppage. Someone told me that today the BTL workers protested the goings-on with the company in terms of who's da boss.

Planned outage and expect more. Big goings in and outside of BTL about BTL ownership.

Hear no phone/internet/email for all of manana. Gas up, stations may also be on strike.

I wonder if BTL even cares that someone's house could burn to the ground or someone in their family could die if the phones were down and no one could call the fire department or an ambulance. Loss of business is bad enough but when you consider the potential for loss of life...
