I am not sure how you came up with these three final choices, but their respective rates are an accurate reflection of what you get. Notwithstanding one North and two South, you have picked a Westin, a Howard Johnson, and a Comfort Suites.

5 nights at Belizean Shores to unwind and then 5 at Tides to experience town life.

Still haven't decided? The nicest, most convenient place I've found is The Palms. Give it a look!

Y'all watch I really can be helpful

Mustardgirl, hubby and I stayed at Belizean Shores last May. The resort was great, pool great, accommodation great (front unit, upper level). We needed some serious R&R, so location was perfect for us.

Drawbacks - walking to town is REALLY long in the hot sun. So water taxi, bikes, or gulf cart would in order. The restaurant was a 5 on a scale of 1-10 (food wise) but had a great staff and a good view with a nice breeze.

ohhh DB :p laugh
