We arrive on AC 1 Month from today. Staying at Xanadu from 4/26 to 5/3.
We got our documents from Barb's Belize last week. The wife bought a new bathing suit, and I'm starting to check out my fishing gear.
I've gotten lots of good ideas from this board and will probably have a few more questions before we depart.
Looking forward to meeting some other posters when we get there.

John,

Hopefully we will run into you sometime during the week. I'd like to hear some of your recomendatioins from your past trips in person. We are 2 couples mid 50s. I'm tall and will probably be wearing my Red Sox cap (except when snokeling). Wife is about shoulder height and has red hair. This is our first stay on AC. We had about 2 Hrs in SP a couple of years ago on a Cruise Ship stop and have wanted to come back ever since.
Do you have a favorite watering hole somewhere between BB and Xanadu?

The Palapa Bar is sorta inbetween from Xanadu if you keep you right foot in the sea.
Look me up Mark.

Jim,

The Palapa Bar is definately on our things to do list.
Is there anything from NH that you miss? We could bring you something to trade for a couple of drinks.

a few things to consider adding to your "must do list" ...
monday...reggae/punta at crazy canucks
thursday...free conch fritters and live music by dennis (requests welcomed) at BC's
friday...chicken drop at the little bar next to FIDO's, wager your dollar on where the poop shall land!
sunday...beach bbq midday at BC's
sunday later...hammock house to hear barefoot skinny and dance to the light of the moon while overlooking the cut.

If I didn't have to work I would do all of these things every week! Enjoy your stay!

Jim,
We can do the Maple syrup. I fact, that is what I had in mind when I made the offer.
