What is the best deep sea fishing company and area leaving from Caye Caulker?

We were on Caye Caulker last month for a week and went deep sea fishing with Tony Vega. We caught fish all day long and had a great time. We trolled the deep water outside the reef and fished inside the reef. They where even nice enough to cook the fish for us that evening on the beach. It was great time and I highly recomend it.
