Is there anyone withing the government that can inform me as to what steps are being taken by the power and phone companies to restore everything? Who is going to supply the power poles, How long will it take, how many people are needed to get this done quickly and what is the Belize government doing to help with this? I am told it may 2-3 months before power is back on the north end of the island. If that is the case I'm sure the U.S. could get involved in some way and drastically speed this process up. Please advise...
