Last night (Thursday) I spoke with a medical student who was staying at Royal Palm Villas until he was "ordered" to leave the island on Tuesday. He said that RPV was nothing short of amazing. He walked the entire grounds after the storm and he saw no structural damage at all to the buildings -- only a few broken windows. The seawall suffered some damage, but the dock looked to be intact and the pool was not damaged at all. He said it was one of the few sturdy structures on the island, and that each RPV condo rented by a medical student had four or five other students in there, too, weathering the storm in a dry spot.
He also said that RPV lost all of their landscaping, and that all the palm trees he could see on that whole part of the island were down. Thankfully, trees and bushes seem trivial right now. Hope this helps.
