I am going to AC 5/3-5/10 for my first visit. Celebrating 10 yrs. of marriage. We will be staying at Belizean Shores. Very excited, a little nervous as well. Looking for advice and ideas. My husband is a big fisherman and we plan to be pretty active on this trip. Thanks

We stayed at Belizan Shores last Oct. and are going back in June. It is a wonderful resort and the staff is very friendly, They have a great pool and be sure to eat at the resturant (Laguana Grill)the food is amazing!!! The TNT Shrimp is to die for, I can taste it right now!!

Spent a week last April at Belizean Shores, you will love it. As for fishing I used Severo Guerrero, [email protected] had a great time, he picked us up right at the BS dock. I also waded on my own about 100 yards north of the dock and got a couple of Barracuda. We even carried BS's kayak out back behind the restaurant and fished the lagoon, again hooking a few Barracuda, but I highly suggest going out with a guide, it's well worth it.

Just got back from Belizean Shores last Friday after a three week stay there. Condos are immaculate, staff is super and yes, the TNT shrip and snapper at the Laguna Grill are phenomenal!!
I e-mailed Amiee at Belizean Shores before we left the states and had 2 cases of Beliken, a case of soda, and bread, butter, eggs cheese, etc. stocked in the fridge for our arrival. I took a few cans of tuna, p-nut butter, micro popcorn, gatorade dry mix, cereal bars, and some other snacks from home too. Snacks are a bit pricey on the Caye. we had a blast there. All our fishing, snorkelling and tours we booked thru the front desk and had no problems with the guides. The fishing tours were from Tuff Enuff and we all caught fish. It was around 90 every day, really need that sunblock. One day of rain in 3 weeks! If you need any other info about Belizean Shores, e-me at [email protected]
You will love it there!
