Calling all bakers San Pedro Belize Red Cross needs your help with delicious treats for this coming week.

Wade the Gringo has offered to do up a bunch of his famous Rum Cakes for us and host the event.

Proceeds from the bake sale will go towards sponsoring first aid training for 30 San Pedro High School Teachers Dec 20th.

What - Christmas Bake Sale
When - Sat Dec 14th - 11:00am - 2:00pm
Where - Roadkill Bar

The bar will be open and in addition to bake sale, they will be having regular gringo burger menu.

I will limmited to around 12 large rum Cakes and 12 half size cakes. so come out early for best selection. I am sure that there will be a great selection of other treats.

Wade I asked Mart to Mary1220 to bring you some cake mix from the states to help with the rum cakes and she will drop it off tomorrow sometime when she gets back.

A big thank you to all the businesses and individuals who want to make sure we raise enough funds at the bake sale this Saturday Roadkill Bar to train 30 High school Teachers Dec 20th. Casa Picasso, Coco Loco's Beach Bar, Elvi's Kitchen, tacogirl.com have all sponsored a teacher and one person who wishes to remain anonymous is sponsoring 8 teachers.

Will the rum cakes have nuts in them? Asking because of allergy.

As far as we know Wade does not put nuts in his rum cakes cleanhead.

We will make some separation at the tables so anything with nuts is in a specific area.

Please note this will happen rain or shine, we will be set up on the covered stage to keep the sweet treats well protected.
