WANTED TO TRY CONCH WHILE i am there in january will it be in season?

Oct - Jun was last year's conch season - so you will probably get your fritters & ceviche!

Dear Patriot,
If you've never had conch, you're in for a real treat. Was raised on it. There is a little restaurant directly across the street from Ramon's that will make your fritters to your spiceyness recommendation. I like them on the spicey side. BUT.... Hands down, the BEST conch fritters I had while on vacation was in Caye Caulker at a restaurant called The Sand Box. A DEFINATE must do. Their entire menu was fabulous. Enjoy!!
