I'm looking for a budget place to stay in mid January for about 8-9 days. Any suggestions? Anyone stay at Ruby's Hotel before? The place looks nice and the price is right. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

we will be staying at rubies the last week of
jan. I heard it was one of the better places for the $$. I would like to hear about your experience there.

I will be staying at Ruby's for the 4th time in March. I love it! The location is great--it has lots of deck space to hang out on, in the sun and out of it, it's economical and you'll meet fun people staying there. I travel alone and Ruby's always feels like 'home'. LOL.

Ruby's is a great bargin, but another choice is the Hideaway. They have very good rates and can work out a meal package for you. They have a pool, 4 great gals from Texas who are famous for their cooking and we found we could walk from the bar there into town on one drink.

My suggestion might be Lily's $50 ??? Some
noise at night, but right on the beach with
A/C....restaurant isn't that good, however!
