OK,

Need a little help here. Got NO problem with knowing where to go dining and drinkin' up north, but breakfast is another story.

The "blue drinking" heir apparent and his girly friend are going to Belizian Shores for five days. Starting tommorrow. (Ya know I hate to rush into things). I have NO idea where to send them for morning eats north of the cut. He's been with us to SP several times so he can figure things out pretty quick. (And yes, the bar at Belizian Shores DOES have blue curacao, .....and vodka, ......and gin. There ya go!)

So........OK, smart ones, let's hear it.

Georges Kitchen across the street from Woodys,
between Playador and Coconuts. We ate there almost every day for 2 weeks for breakfast and
never had a bad meal! Cheaper than Dennys or IHOP for sure. Great folks too.
Just south of the Hideaway.

Mark and Mary,

OK, but how 'bout some "local" info about breakfast for the kidlets north of the cut?

BTW, the young one indicates that they will spending some time this Wednesday afternoon at the old man's favorite drinking establishment. Won't be hard to find them....they have specific instructions on giving Ernie a "blue thingy" refresher course. Carumba!...back off on the curacao.

If you still have my "twinrails" email addy, please forward me yours. Lost my hard drive and didn't have my phonebook backed up.

ChooChoo - you've got mail. Sorry I'm no help with the north end. We're 3 miles south down by Caribe Island Resort.

I'm pretty sure Belizean Shores new restaurant serves breakfast - but there are also nice kitchens in each suite - suggest some fresh OJ from the market and some incredible cinamon bread from La Popular bakery. There is a little convenience food shop at the Essene Way (very nearby) called Caye Mart. Capricorn now serves weekend brunch starting at 10:30 am.
Have fun!
