I am the fellow that runs the internet cafe and yes I hope Charlie can run the hostel as well as she runs the internet cafe.

I never thought about people missing the ferry.It is located half way from the Jade Garden and the runwayI(it really is a 7 minute stroll to Fido's

Well, thank god Charlie will be on board. Just remind all prospective clients that in addition to the room rent, daily rubs are expected for her belly!
