26_2, there was a thread about this place a while back that said nothing except good things about the place. We'll be staying there ourselves in Oct. Seems from what I've read you'd like it.

I stayed at Brianna's Beach House June 14-22. Had a great time. You will enjoy it very much. In fact we sent the photograph of the boats on the beach to them and they added it their site. This is the view from the front porch which was great to just watch the world go by from. Had coffee maker, microwave, tv, toaster, chilled bottled spring water, etc. Furniture was nice heavy wood. Wait 'til you see the shower tiles. Very unique. You will enjoy the house.

Yes, they were having the dock built the last 3 days we were there. It would have been done but the neighbors didn't like the placement of it and had them pull all the posts out and move it 10' feet south. Those guys sweated their butts off doing the work. I felt bad for them when they had to remove the uprights and start again. My only advice is to bring insulated mugs. The ice wears out realy fast and the glasses leave puddles every where. For the Belikens, buy one of those things to zip up around them. They work great and good sovenir to bring home and use too. Have Brianna's people order you a case from the distributor. They "tractor" it right to your front door. Enjoy!

Brianna's was a stone's throw from where we stayed. We drove past it several times a day. StCroixboy was there then.... It is absolutley adorable. I fell in love with it. The perfect honeymoon love nest. If I go back, I will definately consider it. It's very conveniently located as well.
