Brand new here. Currently building a home at Secret Beach. No, not to rent as an ABNB. To actually live in full time. Working with builders, having to purchase fixtures from my current home in Dallas, Texas. Any thoughts/reccomendations for the best wall unit air conditioners for the island climate would be much appreciated from those who know. Hard to build from so far away! Thanks future neighbors.

Just be aware even the best units you buy are prone to failure in the very salty environment.
