For those in the business (the drinking business that is):
A good friend moved to California from Cayo when he was 17 (hitchhiked) and now is married and in his mid 30s. He worked in wineries all the way up to "Wine Maker" in Northern California. He reports directly to the investors and CEO. He's the man at his winery.
The idea is to make available a quality wine at a reasonable price, made in California by a Belizean. Of course a trendy name and label will be on the bottles.
We are still in the idea phase. Any and all input is appreciated .
