Belize, especially AC is undoubtably the best place on earth, but does anyone have any experience with the Bay Islands, Honduras. We are interested in proximity to the reef, accomodations, night life and general vacation operating expenses. Any info would be helpful and appreciated.

Have been to Roatan and stayed at The Inn Of Last Resort. It is a very delightful place and highly recommend it. I did some snorkeling from the beach at a place known for the number of Italians who frequent it but do not remember the name of that particular resort. We toured all over the Island and founf it to be very interesting.
