I've had the privilige of doing many cool and crazy things in my life but I just topped them all (well... maybe with the exception of moving to Belize.) What a RUSH! If I could afford it I would go again tomorrow.

Thanks to those generous people who bought raffle tickets and made donations to Saga at the fundraiser a total of $410 was raised in the raffle and a donation of $500 was accepted.

Unfortunately a gust of wind stopped me about 5' short of the target, no bullseye. But we held the draw and Chris from Casa Picasso won the raffle. Chris and Jen generously donated the money back to Saga.

Once in your life if you are physically capable you should get your butt in gear and jump out of a perfectly good airplane!

BTW, a huge thanks to Rich Grimm and Tsunami Skydivers for their support and also to Coco Locos for their help and support.

Congratulations Simon.. So close! but then again close only counts in horseshoes, surveying or hand grenades. laugh
AND way to go, Chris and Jen for donating the money back to Saga! smile
Every year I keep wrestling with the idea of doing this jump BUT it's the money more than anything else that has stopped me so far.. Maybe next year!
This what I keep saying about scuba diving too! cool

PS can't wait to see the pictures

casa, I concur but I'd rather just be a passenger in them. laugh

Chris is a stand-by guy. I had the pleasure of meeting him during my last visit (I had a "well wishes" request from Law & Vic). He was really a nice guy, very friendly. Glad he won/donated!
