It's pouring in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, as Belizeans wake up to a soggy and drenched morning during Tropical Storm Karl's arrival inland. Dodging the bullet by a few degrees, Tropical Storm Karl moved inland just above San Pedro, Ambergris Caye into the Yucatan Peninsula clocking winds of up to 65mph. At sunrise, San Pedro had already recorded up to 3.23 inches of rain and clocked maximum sustained winds of 28pmh. We are very fortunate that the storm did not develop into a strong hurricane before making landfall. It's going to be a rainy day in paradise!
