Have heard of qualified retired people as business owners through friends. The only QRP I know well though, has his business registered in his wife's (a resident)name. So, what's the skinny? Thanks.

If you want ot know the rules ....... the wife can work in the business and the hubby cannot.
They are outside the program, and outside the labour laws.
Who knows if they will get caught.
