Have become interested in Belize as retirement is approaching. Saw a weather forcast today and it said that in the "hill country" the high today would be 77 compared to 88-92 inland. What area is considered hill country and is there any place there that expats retire to? Have read a lot about the Corozal area but I have read that it can become opressively hot during certain times of the year. Is it due to a lack of wind or is it the temp/humidity. Thanks for reading. Hope to hear some responses soon. JLT
