Are there regularly scheduled boats from the mainland to CC? If so what are the times? I read somewhere that there is a daily at 11am. I am planning to arrive in Belize city in the late afternoon and just want to know what my options are for getting over to CC.

Also...any recommendations for accomadations? My only requirements are that it be in the beach, have a private bath and be in the $80US or less range.
