All is quite, runny, little breeze, no rain and very few people, since a lot have evacuated. The Caye Caulker Water Taxi is running , but not on full schedule. Tropic Air is flying until noon or maybe later... Since there is little chance of storm conditions here, we are hopeful they will start running today. We have prepared for the worst and now expecting the best. We may still get large amounts of rain and some high water in extreme south Belize.
Our heart felt feelings go out to those in the path of Felix... our neighbors in the Central American countries.

does anyone have an update if Felix affected Ambergris Caye and if so, how bad was the damage? Please advise as we are all worried in Miami.

Not at all, except there's another huge snapper run on (I'm told by locals it happens every time a big storm goes by.) Had a couple of the tasty critters fresh out of the water for dinner last night.

We've been enjoying the snapper too. Catching lots of black snapper off the docks, which is very unusual.
