Marts, the water level is HIGH! It is now over the
bottom step of Diane's house. My neighbor's (Jim's)
jet ski is stuck on top of the dock. It got floated
there. The sea, not the waves, the sea, is now up to
the house, and the waves are breaking on the verandah.
If I didn't see it myself I wouldn't believe it. The
dock is submerged under water. I can't even see it.
And to think I stepped outside just by chance.
