Anyone know the condition of the Belizean Reef and The Palms? Or of the safety of their guests and staff?

My sis and bil MARY &GINO MORRA are also staying at The PALMS. I don't know the location of the place. She said it was condos, is that the same place? If you hear anything pass it on, I'll do the same.
