I'm just curious, maybe just downright silly! but has anyone been outside or spoken to anyone outside there own house. What's the atmosphere like are people moving around are the police/soldiers looking around, just anything to describe san pedro or belize.

I work for Turneffe Flats. The resort owners are in Belize City and I spoke with them this am. There is movement around the City, however, at that time stores had not yet opened. There are places that are without power and do not have backup generators, but people are moving.
