Coming down from NYC and would like to know if my cell phone will work in Ambergris Caye. My cell works in Tulum when we travel there.

BTL is the phone company in Belize. Monopoly on most all services.

Before we moved here we use to use our AT&T service....It worked great, however it was .99 usd per minute....There are other options here that are less expensive. You can rent a local phone from Quicksilver Services (and they deliver it) or you can purchase a Digi cell sim card and use it in your unlocked phone. Feel free to ask if you need more info on these options.....I've used them all....
