Was wondering if anyone could tell me if I need to worry about sand fleas in Nov. Have always been down in Feb. in the past and never had a problem. Don't know what to expect for the weather either for Nov.
Thanks in advance!

Other than at dusk I doubt you'll ever be aware there are any.

It should not be a problem, if your not in to insecticides, bring some baby oil just in case. Sand fleas cant get a grip in you to bite.

Try to find some Sawyers Broad Spectrum in the pump bottle. Awesome stuff. Great for the sand flies

Try BJs Skincare Solution which is available in giftshops in San Pedro and on Caye Caulker. It has an almond oil base with various essential oils like camphor, pennyroyal, teatree, which not only help to keep those pesky critters away, it also helps to stop the itching if you have been bit. Its made right here on Caye Caulker.

Lee ~ Thanks! As you can tell we're coming back, but not till Nov. and not sure if we're going to make it to CC this year as we only have one week! How's Halema? (sp) She sure is a cutie!
We'll be staying at Costa Maya Reef Resort if you get a chance to get up that way!

Hi Coco, Halima is in the U.S. right to start school. Actually, we all are here right now and will be getting back to Belize at the end of Oct. Stop in to the store if/when you get to CC, it will be great to see you and hubby again.
