I'll go with your rating system. And it is crazy to say, but I have not even been in sailaway yet. And they've been here for over a year...sad. I need to get out more.
They must have made MAJOR changes. The last time I was there it was a "so so" sandwich shop.
They have expanded into the large hut on the corner, Rafael is the cook. John McAffee is the owner (of McAffee anti virus fame). It just opened.

Was last there at the end of the summer a lots can change here in four months LOL.
Regardless of who owns it the Filet Mignon and string bean casserole was the best I've ever had.
No John has owned it for over a year. I am glad to hear about the new menu. The sandwiches were okay, but not amazing. Now need to head over there again soon.
I went there yesterday morning - it looks stunning inside! Nice, clean, chairs are comfy to sit on (better than plastic or having waffle legs! lol) Only had the banana cake and coffee but the menu looked wonderful and I've heard lots of people raving about it already! Well done Sail Away :-)
We stopped in yesterday. I had the T-bone steak, it is the most flavorful T-bone I've had outside of Texas!
Had dinner there last night. Excellent! Live jazz tonight.
I had lunch there on Wednesday and was impressed. Good service and creative menu. I look forward to dinner there soon.
