Has anyone had any problems with the drinking water in Belize? I went to Acapulco and found that the water had some real problems.

Also, can you suggest any good areas for fly fishing?

Drank the water on the island but not the mainland. Bottled water is plentiful. Make sure you drink plenty, and not just beer, as dehydration is easy to come by if you don't!
