Hi Everyone! Has anyone ever stayed in the honeymoon suite at Ramon's? If so, how does it compare to the other rooms?

Hi...i haven't stayed in the honeymoon suite, but i've stayed at Ramon's twice and took a look at it so i could tell my best friend who spent her honeymoon in the honeymoon suite 6month later. It is very comparable to the others...maybe a bit bigger and a bit better appointed. The big kicker is the view...they have 2 honeymoon suites...#47 is the best because it is on the beach side, and a more private enterance (very nice for sitting on the porch)...unit #1 is the same, but is on the sea wall side, so you have sand in front of you but then a sea wall & the pier not to far away. So...if i could get #47 i'd book it...if not...i'd probably book #46 (a seaside right next to the #46)

I've run on long enough..if you have further questions..let me know. cool

Thank you! We are going with another couple..I believe they are in #1 and we are in #47..I'll pass on the information to them and let them make the decision on whether they want to switch to room #46. Thanks so much for your input!

#1 is the other honeymoon suite on the south end of the property. If you want to be closer to your friends, I would say book #60 or one of the oceanfronts nearby with a king instead of #46 which has two doubles and an obstructed view.

I had south (#?) honeymoon suite last Jan. 6th.
It was great except Jerry Jeff Walker was on the beach with a guitar and would not shut up no matter how many champagne bottles I tossed at him.

Jim,

Having had a decade or so of personal experience with JJW, the answer is obvious...you were throwing empties. The surest way to get him to "settle" down is with full bottles.

Actually it was great. Like having your own private concert.
