I've had many rum punches in San Pedro and on guided tours and loved most all of them. Especially those at Wet Willy's several years ago. I'm hoping the basics (fruit punches, etc) are available at Richies, etc.

Would anyone like to share their favorite "local Belize rum punch" recipe? I'd love to make some while we're there to take out to the pool (no bar open at Paradise Villas mad )-- and, of course, make them back up here in Upstate SC.

JRinSC....Rum Punch Recipes are from one end of the scale to the other.....We always use Fresh Squeezed Fruit and Simple Syrup...This gives us great flavors without the heartburn....We also add a little grenadine at the finish for color....Amazing flavor.....We always avoid the Squashes.....Hope this helps you experiment a bit....Have fun, Get Sticky and enjoy! That's how we came up with ours.... smile
