Winds: East to northeast at 5-15 knots.

Tropical Weather Outlook: Tropical Depression #4 is cenetered near 22.9 N 73.3 W or about 40 miles north-northwest of Mayaguana Island, Bahamas with maximum sustained winds of 35 mph and was moving to the northwest at 9 mph.

I't dead calm on Ambergris Caye this morning. A hint of the Northern breeze.With an expected high of 90f. it's a day made for paddle boarders.

Radar stuck yet again. . . .. Looks like there was rain in south Belize earlier, due to the southerly winds, but cleared up now. The surface wind is presently from the SW, not E to NE as the Met office says. ... .But, as the sun warms up the land, that will change to an Easterly direction, possibly SE. . .... I am not expecting rain today, although it is possible for a few isolated showers . .. .But with the probably heat today, we could get some thunder storm rain later this afternoon. That TD is not moving now, but it is compacting and now clearly rotating.. . . .It has now been named Tropical Storm Cristobal

In the Pacific, that area I said should have been classified as a Hurricane is now a Cat.4 Hurricane.
