I have read that it is very difficult to find long term rentals in Belize? Is this true? We are considering retiring there but we do not want to buy....only rent/lease. Can anyone help?

In fact, it's very easy. I have been renting for almost 5 years. Two and a half at the Belize Yacht Club...two and a half at Royal Palm. And I had no trouble at all finding either. With the often very slow process of selling a place, people are very willing to rent!
