There is a very good chance I will get my cataract surgery while I am here. They tell me I will need a lot of follow-up care and I don't want to stay here any longer than necessary.

I had both my cataracts done by Dr. Hoy. He is awesome!

Noele - did they do the cataract surgery by removing and replacing the lenses? Do you have an estimate on the cost? I'll see if I can get my insurance to cover it.
I just learned - today - that I can't get it done on this trip. I have to return in January for follow-up on my dental surgery so can schedule it for then. In the meantime I don't see well.
