I wonder what part of the island isn't San Pedro, seriously what are the town limits now?

BEL says its the 'whole Island' with the exception of barrier reef drive that will be run by generators.

Sounds like we may have to plan some beach time from 1 - 4

How exactly does one schedule an "emergency" power outage?

Poorly worded... they will be trimming back the trees that are too close to high voltage wires...an emergency situation in their estimation.

There certainly will be an emergency if anyone tries to do it while the power is still on.
