Great way to try to keep things looking clean!

I put one out at my house and next morning it had gone. So it's back to the plastic trash bags.

I talked to the people located where I wanted to donate. They didn't want one there. Claimed they'd tried such before and all it did was make for more garbage clutter at their site, as people were coming from other places and filling it, not to mention, those that threw and missed.

I guess I will still continue to do what I've always done. Hand pick and discard in the large bin, that is set in a place out of the way of beach peeps, but known to the garbage collectors.
