i buy a bridge pass every month so my renters can pass freely...but i have sometimes 3-4 different guests a month...so how can you give them a tag number it would be different every week....hummmm what to do what to do...

IMHO - passing over the bridge should be free. Those of us who use it (and pay) observe that a host of "special" people are already using it without a fee.
