Rates are based on the following: One bedroom - 2 persons, Two bedroom - 4 persons, Three bedroom - 6 persons. Additional persons are $25 per night per person. No additional charge for Children ages 12 and under.
Notes:
Seven night minimum packages may only be available during Holiday dates. Email for availability of less than seven nights.
30 night packages are available for longer-term stays. Please Email for more details.
9% hotel tax is additional. Rates are quoted in US dollars.
Check-in time: 3:00 PM. Check-out time: 1:00 PM.
No Pets Allowed.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Call or Email to confirm reservations. We will email a credit card authorization form. Fill out this form and fax or Email it back to confirm reservations.
One night deposit is charged at the time of booking.
Remaining balance is due seven days prior to arrival.
Initial one night deposit is non refundable.
There are no refunds for cancellations of seven days or less.
There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

For those owners that would like to use Grand Caribe as a vacation home, the on-site property management team will oversee every aspect of maintenance of the complex and your condominium during your absence. There will also be an on-site rental management team and US based booking office that will handle the rental of the units from the booking stage right though until guests’ departure.
LOCATION
Grand Caribe Suites & Residences is located 1 mile north of the town of San Pedro, Belize on the Caribbean Island of Ambergris Caye. Ambergris Caye is an offshore island of the country of Belize in Central America. San Pedro, Belize has evolved from a sleepy little fishing village into a quaint, colourful Caribbean town.
The northern section of Ambergris where Grand Caribe is located is separated from the town by a bridge wide enough to accommodate people, bicycles and golf carts. The bridge links the Boca Del Rio Area to other areas in the far north of the island. Grand Caribe is perfectly located as it is not too far from town to be an inconvenience and it is not too close to be caught in the momentum of “business as usual” in the town or San Pedro.
Grand Caribe has an astonishing view of the Barrier Reef, often times by just sitting on your balcony you will catch sight of wild dolphins frolicking in the Caribbean Sea. Because of the lay out of the buildings and the elevation of property every single unit will have an amazing view.
