What are the the requirements for a local residents to apply for a motorized vehicle permit?

Go to the traffic committee chairman - Milo Paz - and apply for permit. You
can get anything but cars trucks etc. The traffic department is currently located in the DFC subdivision. You go past the cement block factory and look for the security company office on the right.  Turn right there and it is down that street on the left side.  Has a white picket fence around the house and a bulletin board hanging outside on the veranda.  There is no sign though.

So is there any way to get a car or truck?

You have to buy an old junker with a license or pay - I hear - 5,000 $bzd for a
new license.
