Yes, both BTL & Smart offer mobile Internet packages for smart phones. Some BlackBerry’s do not work however! The iPhone works like a charm.  The cost on BTL is 49.00 plus GST on postpaid plans or you can use credit on prepaid plans.

I don’t know if the tethering works as I have not tried it lately. Will test it and let you know in a follow-up response.
