I just purchased a condo on Ambergris caye I am in the US. Do you know how I can get the electric turned on from here.The repairmen needs electric to fix our A/C. I have no idea how to do this from the States.

I understand that the electricity in Belize is like it is here in the U.S., 120VAC, 60Hz. But I was wondering if I will need any special adapters, or if the standard U.S. style plug will work in Beliz
