The Inner Space specialises in underwater video productions, designed to give you a lasting memory of your holiday. We shoot daily videos during diving and snorkeling excursions, as well as personalised private videos.
We are based on beautiful Ambergris Caye, Belize, one of the Caribbean's last paradises. This incredible island features among other things the world's second longest barrier reef.
On demand we also cover other excursions, weddings & ceremonies, and create multimedia content for different purposes.

Our Video Services
are provided through the dive centers and the tour companies that we work with and gives you the opportunity of a sneak preview before deciding to buy.
A cameraman accompanies you during your excursion and captures the important moments, be it topside or underwater. Videos are being edited immediately afterwards and burned to DVD. Depending on timeframes of the excursions, you will be able to watch your personal movie on the same day or at the latest on the following morning.
If you would like to have your own private video made to measure, all you have to do is ask....

Videos may be produced in many different formats, so as to give you exactly what appeals to you or your customers.

Although the classic VHS format is almost obsolete we still support on demand.
VCD/SVCD is a quality reduced mpeg format, that will play on almost any computer and is supported by a number of DVD players.
The playback format. DVD-R ensures that these region-free discs will play on any DVD player.

The analogue videotape format was created by a number of Japanese electronic manufacturers in the early 1980's. Color information on the VHS tape was cut down sharply and it has a shorter life expectance than digital media. Copying will result in further loss of quality
A DVD is recorded as MPEG-2 compressed digital video signal. With bitrates of up to 10 Mbit/s the mpeg2 codec preserves a lot of the original picture quality and is ideal for movie productions. If handled with care a DVD can last more than 50 years.

Digital Video Cassette uses a 1/4 inch (6.35mm) metal evaporate tape to record very high quality digital video with a bitrate of 25 Mbps (CBR) and 16-bit audio. DV tapes are generally employed when creating master copies for storing.
The low bitrate of the MPEG-1 gets this format only a second place when compared to DVD. A Video CD can hold roughly 60 min. of MPEG video with two audio channels and may be used for distributing short promo videos to be viewed on computers
The original DV cassette has the highest quality and its contents may be edited.

The Blue Philosophy
The business side of U/W video
Scuba diving is first off all an emotion which is composed of a multitude of different experiences. These experiences, though, cannot be taken home by your customers other than in their minds, and we all know that what's on your mind is not always easy to share. An image says more than thousand words and can easily be taken home and shown to others and this is what it's all about: digital imagery serves not only the customer but your dive operation as well.
A diving video is a multimedia production that promotes a dive destination in general and the dive center involved in particular, showing all you have to offer in the best light. And a customer who's satisfied with what he or she has seen and done will make a great ambassador to your dive operation and destination. Born in early 2003 while starting to shoot video in and out of the water, the idea quickly grew in all directions as it became clear that there is virtually no end to what you can do with a camcorder and a computer.

Although Belize is a small country it certainly is a fascinating destination for anyone interested in nature. More than 40% of Belizian territory is under official protection and more than 70% of the country still has it's natural vegetation, home to a vast diversity of animal and plant species.
The Northern Cayes with a barrier reef second only to the australian great barrier reef and white sandy beaches kissed by the warm waters of the caribbean are truely paradise found.
Palm-fringed Ambergris is the the largest caye and most certainly Belizes top getaway destination. The main attraction, the barrier reef, is so close that you can actually hear the surf breaking while you sit on one of the docks.
