Year Purchased: 1994
In our mid sixties Ambergris Caye allows us to live the active lives we desire. No golf cart or other vehicle for us.......we have used only a bicycle for transportation for the last 16 years.
Why the Owner Chose San Pedro
At the time Ambergris Caye had affordable property and we are glad we purchased when we did. The property taxes are very little and the only thing expensive is the food!
