Hurricane Hattie damage in Belize City

Here is a very sharp and clear picture of Hurricane Hattie damages in Belize City. The only landmark that I can see in the picture that might guide us exactly where this picture was taken is the spire in the upper right hand corner. Is it a church steeple? Is it a clock tower?

It looks like the clock on Barracks road.i think it's where Freetown Road run right in Barracks Road on your left hand side facing the clock. Than on the right hand side off Barracks Road it takes up to What we knew as the Barracks. That clock on Barracks Rd was made of wood and later rebuilt out of concrete.

If the steeple is from around Ebenezer, then estimating the distance away, this area would be somewhere around Eyre Street in the Fort George area.
