An island favorite, Rendezvous Bistro and Winery have been owned and managed by Glenn and Colleen Schwendinger for over twelve years and is now under new ownership by Anthony and Terrylynn Marks. The cuisine is a delightful Thai / French and carribian fusion. The menu changes with the season to ensure the freshest ingredients. Some examples of their exquisite menu are delicate spider crab served in a spicy Singaporean infusion, roast pork tenderloin stuffed with goat cheese, or the fresh catch of the day such as grouper in a delicate tamarind sauce. Save room for dessert, all hand made and superb!

Located on the beautiful beach of North San Pedro, Belize, Rendezvous Bistro and Winery overlooks the Caribbean with breathtaking views that can be enjoyed from the refined dining room or on the spacious outside deck for dinner. The dining room is open from 5pm to 9pm and reservations are recommended for this popular location. However, donít worry about being rushed off, this establishment prides itself on not turning tables to give the diners the relaxation of enjoying their meal and company. The staff is well informed and the ambience is comfortably elegant.

Downstairs of the restaurant is the charming Beach Bar that is opened form 11am to 11pm. William one of the islandís beloved bartenders will make up a tropical drink or serve a cold beer and is a wealth of island information. You can order from the bar menu which includes fantastic Seafood Ceviche, Phad Thai and burgers.
