Saga Humane Society Pet of the Week
Jack
Hi!
My name is Jack - and the story of how my sister Jill and I came to Saga
is sad and happy at the same time. I think it is a good example of just how
mean some people can be - and how kind they can be, too.
Well, Jill and I were just running around our yard one day when our people
came and grabbed us. They brought us out to the water - and I thought that
we were going to get to go for a swim. Well, we did get into the water - but
on the end of a rope. Our people were using us to feed the crocodiles!!
Well, Jill and I were scared - panicked - when two fishermen came by. Lucky
for us - these fisherman were appalled that someone would use us for
crocodile bait. The kind fishermen actually got into a fight with our people
in order to save us! They grabbed us, and brought us to the Saga Humane
Society. PHEW!
So, here I am now, waiting to be adopted by someone who will love a cute,
sweet, cuddly little puppy - and not feed me to the crocodiles!
Here at Saga - they tell me that isn't too much to ask. What do you say???!?
