Sapphire Beach Resort
Located north of "The Cut" on Ambergris Caye, Sapphire Beach Resort is being built on the shores of the Caribbean Sea. With the Barrier Reef just off-shore, our village style resort provides great views from every unit! Sapphire Beach Resort also features 9 luxurious resort-style pools, 300 foot dock, and "Palapa" Bar and Restaurant. Sapphire Beach Resort is easily accessible by land or sea. All owners and Members have access to our water taxi service, as well as the resort's brand-new 8 passenger private aircraft to fly the 15 minute trip from Philp S W Goldson International Airport in Belize City to and from Ambergris Caye.
Upon completion, Sapphire Beach Resort will consist of 9 quaint "villages." With only 17 single-family Villas and 64 Cabanas, Sapphire Beach's 17 acres is one of the lowest-density properties on Ambergris Caye. Best of all, every building is only 1-story, keeping the natural beauty of the island intact. Each village features its own pool in a unique lagoon style. Every unit in Sapphire Beach has a lovely view its village pool. All units boast solid concrete construction, including concrete roofs covered in decorative thatch to provide for a truly tropical feel.
Also on property, Sapphire Beach Resort will feature a Restaurant, Bars and Boutiques. Owners and Annual Members receive a generous discount at all retail and dining facilities on the property. Of course Sapphire Beach Resort features ample water-related activities, and you will also enjoy land-based fun like our tennis court. Sapphire Beach Resort even provides a helicopter landing pad, allowing for fast access to emergency facilities.
Sapphire Beach Resort offers full ownership of both our single-family Villas and Cabanas. Owners may choose to participate in our generous Rental Pool Program, making your investment even more attractive. For those wanting just a "slice of paradise" Sapphire Beach also offers a unique Annual Membership Program.

Sapphire Beach Resort is being built by three principals, all of whom are experienced developers from the United States. These men are “hands-on” managers who insist on quality first, and have built many projects from office complexes, to multi-million dollars homes, shopping centers, and resorts throughout the US. Combined they have over 100 years of development experience.
Sapphire Beach is being built by a contractor local to Ambergris Caye, who has built many other resorts in the area. According to the builder, "this is the finest resort built on the island to date."

Resort Concepts, Inc. is the exclusive marketing agent in the United States for Sapphire Beach Resort. Financing and payment terms are available to qualified applicants.
Our “rental pool” commitment to our Owners is simple: Use your unit for up to 60 days per year. The remaining time, the unit will be placed in Sapphire Beach Resort’s Rental Pool. Owners receive 60% of the gross pool income. Sapphire Beach Resort handles all rental, management and logistics. There is no obligation to place your unit into the rental pool. You may rent, lease, gift, or sell your unit at anytime.
Sapphire Beach Resort is now accepting deposits, in the amount of 10%, which amount is held in escrow until construction on your personal Villa or Cabana commences.

Membership is for one-week (7 nights) each year in the type unit purchased and last for 99 years. You, and your guest, are entitled to the use of all the resort amenities during your annual stay, including round-trip flights in the club’s brand new aircraft (from Belize International Airport to Ambergris Caye), use of our water taxis, to and from the resort to San Pedro Town, and generous discounts at the resort’s restaurant, bar, spa, and boutiques.
