Calabash Beaches . . .
Come enjoy 1,500 feet of secluded beach and wade or swim in the warm Caribbean waters.
Calabash Reef and Turneffe Reef . . .
The reef here is so close to shore that you can wade to it, and just beyond it are the famous Turneffe Islands.
Fishing for dinner and memories . . .
Take a boat out into the brilliant blue waters and bring back a boatload of fish for dinner. Or simply stand in the surf and reel in a few memories on your camera.

Accommodations
Southkeep is designed to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Our accommodations were made with you in mind.
Suites
Southkeep provides two suites. Each suite has a queen-sized bed and a private bath. Each suite comes fully stocked with bed linens and pillows, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths.
Common Room
This relaxing area is in the center of Southkeep. It is a great room encompassing the living room and kitchen.The sofa in the common room can be converted into a third queen-sized bed to complete the six guest accommodations.
Kitchen Amenities
Southkeep guests have access to a modern kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, blender and dining ware. The water from the tap is a combination of collected rainwater and water from our desalination system. You could drink it, but we recommend that you bring drinking water.
Hammock Tranquility
Lay back in one of our hammocks high above the white sands on our hammock deck. Listen to the waves breaking over the reef. Read a book, sip a cool drink or just doze off into an afternoon nap.
The Big Front Porch
A lot of time gets spent on this 38 by 10 foot porch. Have a seat, talk about your day, have a cold beverage or just sit and take in the limitless view across the water.

$1,500.00 per week
This is a savings of nearly 1/3 the standard rate!!!
50% deposit
Balance Due 30 days prior to arrival
NOTE: To participate in this offer you must place your reservations (and have your deposit to us) no later than December 31, 2006, so don't delay.
Standard Pricing and Policies
$2,100.00 per week (high season 12-1-2006 – 5-31-2007)
$1,900.00 per week (low season – 6/1/2006 – 11/30/2006)
50% deposit
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
Security deposit: Credit card needed for security deposit when balance of payment is made 30 days prior to arrival
Payment type: Cash (via wire to our account)
Credit Cards (5% additional fee) – Master Card and Visa accepted
Minimum Stay: 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday)
Accepted Currencies: USD
Special Conditions:
Add 9% for Hotel Tax
Payments made are non refundable.
Change of reserved dates is possible on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.

Number of Bedrooms: 2 (Couch folds out to queen bed in living room to accommodate an additional two people for maximum capacity of 6).

glassware, plates, cutlery, etc.

Contact the mainland in case of emergencies.
