Black-Cat Bird on Ambergris Caye

George Washington wanted the national bird of the United States to be a Turkey.
The Eagle was not unique and he thought the Turkey would have been the best choice.
I feel this way about the Black-Cat Bird and Belize.
This species is endemic to the Yucatan and coastal islands of Belize.
(meaning they are found nowhere else on Earth)

SP Daily S	I'm having grackle problems...my dog doesn't finish his dinner..then the grackles show up for it but go into a horrible noisy commotion....squack, chirp, clack, loud whistle, on and on...

Barnacle	at my feeder it is only the orioles that like the dog food. everyone else is partial to cat food and bananas. chacalaca's REALY like bananas!! great photo elbert!
